It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that most of our customers buy a rubber stamp because they want to stamp things. It might be putting their logo on business cards or packaging, or using the stamp for crafts like cardmaking and scrapbooking.
Well, did you know that you can use our rubber stamps for embossing too?
Heat embossing is a really quick and easy way to add an extra dimension to your crafts, and it’s really effective for cardmaking. Basically, you stamp your image onto the card, sprinkle with some embossing powder and then apply heat to melt the powder to a special finish.
Embossing powder is available in all sorts of colours including metallic shades, and you can even buy it in different finishes like velvet and distressed. You can either use special embossing ink to lay down your image using the stamp, or glue which you then sprinkle the embossing powder on to.
